1. Our Hygiene Guarantee

As a provider of disposable food service ware, hygiene and food safety are our top priorities.

  • Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened, original packaging items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Opened Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we CANNOT accept returns of opened cases or sleeves of disposable tableware (cups, plates, cutlery, etc.), unless the product is defective.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong size, changed mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, Togoops will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Refund Calculation & Coupons

If you used a discount code, coupon, or bulk discount for your order, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for each item, not the original list price.

  • Pro-rated Deduction: The total discount amount is prorated (distributed) across all eligible items in the order.

  • Partial Returns: If you return only a portion of your order, the refund amount for each returned item will be its original price minus the proportional discount applied to it.

  • Coupon Validity: Coupons are non-refundable and cannot be restored for future use once applied to an order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Current Notice: We are currently developing a self-service return portal. Until this feature is live, all returns must be processed manually by our customer service team.

Step 1: Contact Us Please email us at postmaster@togoops.com with the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name(s) to be returned

  • Exact Quantity to be returned

  • Reason for return

Step 2: Ship It Back Once approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please pack the items securely.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund Once we receive your return, we will inspect the package to verify the quantity and condition (must be unopened).

  • If the items match your description and our policy, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the bank to process the refund.
