1. General Information
Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after [2:00 PM EST] will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods
We utilize different shipping carriers depending on the size and weight of your order:
Standard Parcel (Small Orders):
Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Applicability: For orders under [150 lbs] or approx. [10 cases].
Transit Time: Usually 3-5 business days to the East Coast and 5-7 business days to the West Coast.
PO Boxes: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
LTL Freight (Bulk/Wholesale Orders):
Carriers: R&L, Estes, XPO, or other freight partners.
Applicability: For palletized orders or orders exceeding parcel weight limits.
Appointment: The carrier may call you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is correct.
3. Important LTL Freight Delivery Terms (Must Read)
For customers receiving Pallet/LTL shipments, strictly adhere to the following to protect your rights:
Curbside Delivery Only: The driver will lower the pallet to the ground (Liftgate Service is included for residential addresses). The driver will not bring the pallet inside your restaurant, warehouse, or home.
Inspection Required: You must inspect the shipment for visible damage (torn shrink wrap, crushed corners, tilted pallets) BEFORE signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).
If Damaged: You must write “DAMAGED” on the driver’s delivery receipt and take photos immediately.
If Shortage: If a box is missing, note “SHORT [x] BOXES” on the receipt.
Liability Disclaimer: If you sign the delivery receipt as “Clear” or “Good Condition” without noting any damage, Togoops cannot file a claim with the carrier and cannot refund you for transit damages.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Residential Surcharge: LTL carriers charge an extra fee for delivery to residential addresses. This is calculated automatically at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address after the order has been placed, please contact us immediately at postmaster@togoops.com.
Parcel: If the package has already left our warehouse, a carrier intercept fee may apply.
LTL Freight: Re-consignment fees (changing address mid-transit) for freight are significantly higher (typically starting at $100+) and are the responsibility of the customer.
